Service Description
This 3 hour short course is an opportunity to play with colour mixing using Caligo Safe Wash relief inks! Sometimes we don't make time to play around and develop techniques so this session is a great opportunity to go back to basics and just play with coloured inks and learn more about mixing a range of colours. At our studio we use the Caligo Safe Wash Relief inks on all our lino, monoprint and letterpress courses because they have really strong pigments and with just a few colours you can mix a huge range of options to use in your designs! You'll learn the basics of the colour wheel, how to mix inks to create tertiary shades and tints. We'll then take sample prints from the inked surface so you have a reference to take away with you! Finally you'll be shown how to clean up too, which is super handy for using these inks at home! Cancellation Policy
This course/session requires a minimum of 3 participants in order to be viable to run. If we receive fewer than 3 bookings we may cancel the course/session or reschedule to start at a later date. In this event we will notify you via email to see if you are able to reschedule or to issue you with a refund. If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us at norwichprintmakers@gmail.com ASAP. We regret that refunds cannot be given for cancellations received less than 7 days before the start date of the course/booking. We cannot issue refunds if a participant does not turn up on the day. If we need to cancel a course for whatever reason we will notify all participants ASAP and issue refunds via your original payment method. All bookings include a 5% online booking fee which is non-refundable, this covers transaction costs which we have to pay out as a non profit company. All participants must be over 18. Please do not book if you or the person you are booking for is under 18 years of age. By booking, you agree for us to share your email address with the course tutor so they can contact you with information as needed before the course. Your details will not be passed on by us to any 3rd parties. By booking you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.
